DNVN – The Occupational Safety and Health Competition is an opportunity for Dak Nong Aluminum Company – TKV to promote awareness and enhance the sense of responsibility and role of workers in the production process.
Dak Nong Aluminum Company – TKV recently organized the 2024 Occupational Safety and Health Competition, attracting 60 contestants from 12 teams representing various departments and workshops.
The contestants practiced first aid and bandaging.
The teams participated in three parts of the competition, including: a theoretical multiple-choice test; a game show where contestants pressed a buzzer to answer knowledge questions about occupational safety and health policies and laws; and a practical test on first aid and bandaging.
In the theory test, candidates will have to answer 40 multiple-choice questions prepared by the organizers and divided according to the exam group they registered for. Candidates have 30 minutes to answer each question.
In the game show segment, the teams were divided into 3 rounds and competed in 2 categories: knowledge of occupational safety and health policies and laws, and practical first aid and wound bandaging. Each round consisted of 4 teams, drawn by lot by the organizers. Each team comprised 5 contestants.
As a result, the organizing committee awarded first prize to the crystallization workshop; second prize to the network station workshop; and third prize to the coal gasification workshop.
The organizing committee also awarded 9 consolation prizes to 9 outstanding teams and 9 certificates of excellence in occupational safety and hygiene to individuals.

The 2024 Occupational Safety and Health Competition is an opportunity for Dak Nong Aluminum Company – TKV to promote awareness and enhance the sense of responsibility and role of workers in the production process. This will enable the timely detection of risks to prevent and minimize occupational accidents and equipment failures throughout the company.

Dak Nong Aluminum Company also recently collaborated with the Coal and Mineral Hospital to organize the 2024 annual health check-up for all its employees and workers. Organizing annual health check-ups aims to care for and protect the health of employees of Dak Nong Aluminum Company. It helps employees monitor, understand, and assess their current health status; detect potential risks early and prevent diseases; and thus adopt better health maintenance and protection strategies. |
