(Dan Tri) - A series of enterprises with a large number of employees in Dong Nai have announced the Lunar New Year bonus for At Ty 2025.

On November 22, the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company (Thanh Phu Commune, Vinh Cuu District) said that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the company will still apply the same bonus level as last year in accordance with the policy established in the collective labor agreement.

Accordingly, employees who work for a full year will receive a Lunar New Year bonus of 100%, equivalent to 1 month's salary. Employees who work for an additional year will receive an additional 5%, and the highest level is 200%, equivalent to 2 months' salary.

In addition, Chang Shin Vietnam Company also decided to give a bonus of 200,000 VND/person for the 2025 Lunar New Year. The company's 2025 Lunar New Year holiday is from January 26, 2025 to February 2, 2025 (8 days, including 2 Sundays and 1 annual leave day).

Chang Shin Vietnam Company specializes in manufacturing shoes for Nike Group, with more than 40,000 workers working in Dong Nai. The company has 3 factories in Thanh Phu Commune (Vinh Cuu District), Loc An - Binh Son Industrial Park (Long Thanh District) and 1 factory in Tan Phu District.

Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company (Phu Cuong Industrial Park, Phu Cuong Commune, Dinh Quan District) has announced the 2025 Lunar New Year bonuses.

According to the company representative, the average bonus is more than 12 million VND/person, 4 million VND higher than last year. Employees' Tet bonuses will be transferred before January 22, 2025.

On the opening day of February 5, 2025, employees who show up on time for work will be rewarded 300,000 VND/person. Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company is a garment company with about 2,500 employees.

The representative of Phong Thai Group's leadership informed that they will still maintain the Lunar New Year bonus for employees of 1 month's salary as every year, so that employees have more conditions to take care of their lives.

In addition, the group will also have Tet gifts from the union for workers.

Phong Thai Group is the enterprise with the largest number of workers in Dong Nai province with about 65,000 employees.

In 2024, businesses in Dong Nai will give the highest Tet bonus of over 1 billion VND for the position of Regional Sales Director of a foreign-invested company (FDI) and the lowest is 200,000 VND/person. The average Tet bonus of businesses in the province is 7.7 million VND/person.
