The annual program "Customer Appreciation Month" is one of the important year-end activities of Nghe An Power Company (PC Nghe An).

The 2023 customer appreciation activities implemented by PC Nghe An are practical and aimed at the community, have a widespread impact, and contribute to enhancing the good image of the Electricity industry towards customers and society. Accordingly, the activities and events organized during the Customer Appreciation Month create cohesion, directly aiming at supporting and helping people, businesses, and customers to use electricity safely, economically, and effectively.

In the series of activities of Customer Appreciation Month 2023, Nghe An Electricity Company has spent a total of more than 550 million VND, implementing practical and meaningful programs such as: repairing and replacing household electrical lines, replacing electric lights with energy-saving LED lights for 180 poor households and policy families...
On the occasion of Christmas 2023, the company organized meetings and presented gifts to 144 parish churches and parishioners across the province to show gratitude in coordinating the provision of services to ensure production and business activities of the unit; to express gratitude and present gifts to industrial production customers and large electricity consumers participating in the voluntary load adjustment program during the hot season, contributing to ensuring safe and stable electricity supply... The program to support transformer testing and free cleaning of transformer stations for customers and businesses has been actively and effectively implemented across the province. Instructions for installing customer care apps, strengthening customer guidance on electrical safety in daily life and production...

Social security work is also continued to be concerned by Nghe An Power Company on the occasion of customer gratitude. The Company has organized and implemented a program to visit and support poor households, homeless elderly people, policy families... to participate in supporting the program of building houses for poor households and Tet for the poor launched by Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, with an amount of 402 million VND. On the occasion of customer gratitude, Nghe An Power Company also sent gratitude via SMS, Zalo, Email to all customers; Organized meetings with customers, partners, and local authorities.

Also in December, Nghe An Power Company launched the 9th "EVN Red Week", attracting enthusiastic participation from the unit's employees. As a result, on December 9, 2023, at the headquarters of Nghe An Power Company, more than 150 employees donated blood voluntarily, collecting 174 units of blood, contributing to helping poor patients regain their lives.
