Mr. Pham Ngoc Viet, Head of Technical Department, Lang Son Power Company said: Implementing the direction of the Board of Directors, individuals and some staff in the company have researched and developed "minimum power line physics software to serve the survey work, develop technical plans, design, and control of telecommunication cable hanging for level 4 units". When put into application, this software has become a support tool for power companies to be able to undertake additional assigned tasks, while reducing the workload for the company's technical block. The software has been put into application to support and help assigned units flexibly arrange human resources to implement the work, shorten the time for survey work, develop technical plans, thereby contributing to ensuring the progress of establishing investment and construction plans, consulting on assigned customer designs and controlling telecommunication cable hanging on poles. After only 1 year of practical application, the company has earned nearly 800 million VND. Recognizing the effectiveness of the software, the Northern Power Corporation recognized the initiative at the corporation level and applied it in its affiliated power companies.

This is just one of 12 initiatives and technical improvement solutions of officers, employees and workers of Lang Son Power Company in 2023 put into practical application.
