Mr. Pham Cong Thanh - Director of Ha Tinh Electricity Company said: "Ha Tinh is on the rise, many domestic and foreign corporations are investing in the province such as: Vingroup, TH, T&T, VSIP, Power Generation Corporation 1 - Vietnam Electricity Group, Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company..., which means the electricity load is constantly increasing. With the motto "electricity goes one step ahead" and the core task of providing safe, stable and continuous electricity, serving the socio-economic development of the province in the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, especially providing electricity for key projects, the company's leaders at all levels have proactively advised and mobilized resources to invest in the power grid in the area. In 2023, Ha Tinh Electricity Company was assigned to implement 58 construction investment projects, carrying out 61 major repair items. Key projects of great significance include: building output lines 22 kV and 35 kV after the 110 kV Ha Tinh, Hong Linh and Ky Anh 2 transformer stations; construction and renovation of the 10 kV-972 intermediate Huong Son line to operate at 22 kV voltage level; implementation of the medium voltage grid loop automation project..."

Thanks to synchronous investment in a streamlined and modern direction, Ha Tinh's power grid has continuously improved its reliability, contributing to reducing power loss. In addition, the company has also implemented many technical solutions and applied digital transformation software to facilitate management and improve the availability of the power grid.

With a systematic and scientific business investment strategy, Ha Tinh Electricity Company is constantly growing, the number of customers using electricity is increasing. Currently, the enterprise is managing and selling electricity to over 473,523 customers with commercial electricity output in 2023 reaching 1,436,461 million kWh, an increase of 13.02% compared to 2022 and reaching 105.39% compared to the plan assigned by the Northern Power Corporation.

Currently, Ha Tinh power grid has equipped 83.25% of remote electronic meters, ensuring accuracy in electricity measurement, strengthening customers' trust; nearly 80% of the company's customers manage to pay electricity bills online conveniently anytime, anywhere. Ha Tinh Power also focuses on digitalization in providing electricity services electronically. Up to now, the unit has provided 10,893 online electricity services at level 4 (achieving a 100% implementation rate of total service requests), aiming to provide increasingly public and transparent electricity services. In addition, the enterprise has digitized 100% of electricity purchase and sale contracts and deployed electronic invoices for 100% of customers, helping customers to conveniently participate, monitor and supervise.
