Binh Thuan Electricity Company announces the suspension of SMS messaging from August 1, 2023

From August 1, 2023, Binh Thuan Power Company will stop sending SMS messages and switch to sending messages via EVNSPC's electronic customer care applications such as: Customer Care App, Zalo, Email, Customer Care Website...

To receive messages via electronic applications, electricity customers need to install the EVNSPC Customer Service App or pay attention to and follow the EVNSPC Southern Power Corporation Zalo Page or register an Email address with the Electricity industry.

Installing and using EVNSPC's electronic customer care applications is very easy and convenient, the steps are as follows:

* Install EVNSPC Customer Service App: Go to App Store for iOS operating system or CH Play application for Android operating system on mobile phone  Select Search  Type keyword EVNSPC Customer Service  Install  Open  Select Register account, then follow the instructions.

* Interested in, follow the Zalo Page of Southern Power Corporation EVNSPC: After logging into your personal Zalo account/Search for the Zalo Page of Southern Power Corporation EVNSPC  Select "interested"  Select "search", select "register customer code"  Enter "customer code"  confirm customer code information  enter name/phone number/ID card number (CCCD)  Click confirm to complete.

After registering to use EVNSPC's electronic applications , Customers will receive notifications about electricity services such as: Electricity bill notification, Electricity supply reduction notification, Electricity payment confirmation notification, Electricity service notification with full necessary information conveyed quickly, promptly, overcoming the disadvantages of SMS messages being technically constrained, limiting the number of characters for each message .
