Vinhomes subsidiary approved to invest in industrial park worth over 2,200 billion VND

(Dan Tri) - Vinhomes Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company was approved in principle to invest in the project of developing infrastructure of an industrial park with a scale of 200.39 hectares with an investment capital of nearly 2,253 billion VND.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed Decision No. 101/2025 on investment policy for the Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park infrastructure development investment project.

Accordingly, Vinhomes Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company is the project investor. This enterprise is a subsidiary of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (stock code: VHM).

In Hai Phong City, Vinhomes Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company manages and operates a 335-hectare industrial park in Cat Hai - where the VinFast automobile manufacturing plant is located.

The project is implemented in Trang Cat ward, Hai An district, Hai Phong city with a land use scale of 200.39 hectares. The total investment capital of the project is nearly 2,252.7 billion VND, of which the investor's capital contribution is 337.9 billion VND.

The project's operating period is 50 years from January 14, 2024.

This company needs to invest in the construction of the Nam Trang Cat industrial park infrastructure system according to the construction zoning plan approved by competent authorities; infrastructure construction may only be carried out on the Trang Cat sea dike area after the new sea dike line has been accepted by competent authorities and put into operation;

The Company is required to use its equity capital to implement the project in accordance with its commitments and in compliance with the provisions of the law on investment, the law on land, the law on real estate business and other relevant legal provisions.
