At Thanh Tri Bridge, along with installing a traffic propaganda loudspeaker system and painting road markings, in 2024 this traffic project is also proposed to repair the expansion joints of the bridge deck, replace some bridge bearings (bridge girder supports)... but to date these works have not been completed.

On Giai Phong Street, the project to repair and renovate the median strip and traffic infrastructure system has a schedule approved by Hanoi City to be completed by December 31, 2024, but to date many sections are still unfinished.

The median strip of Giai Phong Street has been replaced with galvanized iron banks in many sections, but many locations are still open.

The median strip is interrupted in many places and is not closed, allowing pedestrians to still cross the street, including many passengers getting on and off buses operating on Giai Phong Street.

In some locations where the iron fences have just been installed, passersby can see with their own eyes some iron panels that have just been erected on the road, without screws or bolts to hold them securely (left photo); some railings have just been installed but the bolts and iron bars in the frame have come off (right photo).

Even a long section of the old iron divider across Giap Bat bus station is still intact and has not been replaced.

On Nguyen Canh Di Street, the road surface is full of potholes. After the press reported, the Hanoi Department of Transport and the People's Committee of Hoang Mai District both requested relevant units to fix and repair the problem in 2024.
