The Ha Nam Provincial Tax Department has just announced the disclosure of information on 77 taxpayers with tax debts and other state budget revenues as of April 30, 2024.
Accordingly, 77 taxpayers still owe taxes and other revenues to the state budget as of April 30, 2024, of more than 165 billion VND.

Of the 77 taxpayers who still owe taxes and other revenues to the state budget, 22 cases have been subject to enforcement measures but have not yet recovered tax debts with a total amount of more than VND 144 billion; 55 cases of enterprises that have ceased operations, have not completed procedures to terminate tax codes, are not operating at the registered address but still owe taxes with an amount of nearly VND 21 billion.
Enterprises with large tax debts as of April 30, 2024 include: Ha Hoa Tien University (tax code 0700262924) owes VND 50,887,986,026; Ha Hoa Tien Joint Stock Company (tax code 0700222142) owes VND 26,089,696,382;
Dai Duong Company Limited (tax code 0700219196) owes 18,511,828,022 VND; 820 Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company (tax code 0700100754) owes 12,623,396,486 VND; Khang Minh Quartz Stone Joint Stock Company (tax code 0700558174) owes 9,505,796,883 VND...
In addition to the above-mentioned units with tax debts of billions of dong, the list also includes other units with tax debts ranging from under 100 million to over 1 billion dong.
The reason for publishing the above list is because the units violated the provisions of the Law on Tax Administration.
