Announcement of the Decision to inspect legal regulations on emulation and rewards in Ninh Thuan province

On the morning of August 5, the Inspection Delegation of the Central Emulation and Rewards Committee announced the Decision to inspect the implementation of legal regulations on emulation and rewards at the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province. The announcement ceremony was chaired by comrades: Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Do Ngoc Toan, Head of the Legal and Inspection Department of the Central Emulation and Rewards Committee, Head of the Inspection Delegation.

According to the Inspection Team, this is a regular, specialized inspection on emulation and rewards according to the 2024 plan approved by the Minister of Home Affairs. The inspection aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of emulation and rewards; promptly detect typical advanced collectives and individuals, new models, new factors, good and effective practices to commend, reward and propagate. At the same time, detect limitations in the management mechanism, policies and laws on emulation and rewards to propose to competent agencies remedial measures and recommend and handle violations. The inspection period is from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023; the inspection period is 45 days from the date of announcement of the decision.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: This inspection is an opportunity for all levels and sectors in the province to review and evaluate the results of advising on the implementation of emulation and reward work at agencies, units and localities in the past time. Thereby, promoting the achievements and advantages, promptly overcoming shortcomings and limitations to continue to effectively implement emulation and reward work in the province. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested agencies, units and localities to seriously implement, fully and promptly provide relevant documents and create the most favorable and thoughtful conditions for the Inspection Team to successfully complete the assigned tasks; take responsibility for issues arising during the inspection process. It is recommended that the Inspection Team pay attention to supporting and guiding the agencies, units and localities of the province to have a deeper, more thorough and strict understanding of current legal regulations on emulation and rewards in order to continue advising on the implementation of state management of emulation and rewards in Ninh Thuan province in accordance with regulations, effectively and in accordance with the actual situation in the locality.
