On the morning of February 19, the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Provincial People's Council Party Committee. Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies attended and presented the decision.
At the conference, representatives of the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee announced Decision No. 18-QD/DU of the Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee and Decision No. 19-QD/DU of the Provincial Party Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee; Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Inspection Committee (EC), Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial People's Council Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies decided to establish the Party Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial People's Council directly under the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, including 4 affiliated Party cells and 33 Party members; The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies decided to appoint 6 comrades to join the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council, appointing comrade Dang Thanh Son, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committees, presented the decisions, congratulated the Party Committee and the comrades appointed to participate in the Party Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Party Committee and each cadre and Party member of the Party Committee to perform a number of tasks well: The Party Committee shall lead, direct, and immediately implement the tasks of the Party Committee according to Regulation No. 255-QD/TW, dated February 24, 2025 of the Central Secretariat on the functions and tasks of the Party Committee, grassroots Party cells in agencies and organizations where the activities of the Party delegation and Party executive committee end. Focus on building the Working Regulations of the Party Committee according to Decision No. 256-QD/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Central Secretariat; assign tasks to each comrade in the Party Committee; Develop the Party Committee's full-term and annual work programs; the Party Committee's full-term and annual inspection and supervision programs. Focus on preparing conditions for the organization of the Provincial People's Council Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Lead the Party building work in terms of politics, ideology, and ethics.
Organize propaganda, study, thoroughly grasp the Party's resolutions, study political theory; carry out the task of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against wrong and hostile viewpoints, protecting Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought and the Party's viewpoints and guidelines; implement the Central's regulations on revolutionary ethical standards, on preventing corruption, waste, negativity, and exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, first of all, leading and managing cadres and heads of Party committees. Lead and direct the building of clean and strong subordinate Party cells; improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of cadres and party members. Strengthen inspection and supervision work; build a contingent of cadres and party members in the Party Committee to maintain solidarity, unity, political steadfastness, revolutionary ethics, knowledge level, working capacity, and sense of organization and discipline; Prevent and repel degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the organization. Lead cadres, party members and employees to properly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the agency's internal regulations and working rules. Lead the Youth Union organization in the unit to be strong and properly perform its functions and tasks according to regulations.
