Announcing the decision of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee. This decision takes effect from February 3, 2025.

On the afternoon of February 3, the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee held a conference in person combined with online political activities for the whole province "New Era - The Era of Rising of the Vietnamese People and Tasks and Solutions for Quang Nam to Enter a New Era" to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Quang Nam (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025).

Mr. Phan Van Binh announced the decisions at the conference.

Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Le Van Dung, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference at the provincial bridge point.

At the conference, Head of the Organizing Committee of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee Phan Van Binh announced Decision No. 1779 dated January 24, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee. The decision takes effect from February 3, 2025.

Mr. Phan Van Binh also announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to appoint Ms. Huynh Thi Thuy Dung , Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, to hold the position of Head of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission from February 3, 2025. The term of office is 5 years.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung presented regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structure of advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the same time, the Provincial Standing Committee announced the decision to appoint Mr. Tran Khac Thang, Pham Hong Quang, and Nguyen Huu Thien to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Mr. Le Quang Quynh and Ms. Le Thi Thuy , Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. The decisions take effect from February 3, 2025.

Mr. Phan Van Binh also announced the regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Provincial Party Committee's advisory and support agencies (including: Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and Provincial Party Committee Office) due to the implementation of organizational restructuring and streamlining.

According to the project of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department will be established on the basis of merging the existing Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; at the same time, the internal organization will be reorganized and streamlined by merging and renaming some departments to suit the new functions and tasks.
