Accordingly, on March 31, the Central Party Secretariat issued Decision No. 2035-QDNS/TW approving Mr. Vu Quyet Tien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Ha Long City Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh attended, presented the Decision and presented flowers to congratulate Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Vu Quyet Tien.

Previously, on March 28, the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term XV, held the 66th Conference, voting to elect Mr. Vu Quyet Tien to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025, with an absolute vote of confidence (44/44 votes).

Mr. Vu Quyet Tien, born on July 20, 1972, hometown Nam Thanh commune, Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province; has a Master's degree in Public Administration Management, Master's degree in Economic Management and Bachelor of Law, Senior in Political Theory.

Mr. Vu Quyet Tien has held the following positions: Secretary of Cam Pha City Youth Union, Deputy Head of Cam Pha City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Secretary of Cua Ong Ward Party Committee (Cam Pha), Head of Cam Pha City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Head of Cam Pha City People's Council's Socio-Economic Committee, Vice Chairman of Cam Pha City People's Committee, Chairman of Cam Pha City People's Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Cam Pha City People's Council, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department and Director of Quang Ninh Province Department of Home Affairs, Secretary of Ha Long City Party Committee.
