On the morning of December 1, the Supreme People's Court (SPC) held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint the Deputy Chief Justice of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Court. Attending the ceremony were comrades: Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Van Du, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court.

Comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate the new Deputy Chief Justices of the Provincial People's Court.

According to the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Comrade Vu Dong Giang, Chief Justice of the Criminal Court, Thai Binh Provincial People's Court and Comrade Nguyen Thi Linh Nga, Chief Justice of Thai Binh City People's Court were appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of Thai Binh Provincial People's Court with a term of appointment of 5 years.

Comrade Nguyen Van Du, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, presented the appointment decision and flowers to congratulate the new Deputy Chief Justices of the Provincial People's Court.

At the ceremony, comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee, presented flowers to congratulate the appointed comrades.

Speaking at the direction and assignment of tasks, Comrade Nguyen Van Du, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, emphasized that the appointment of two Deputy Chief Justices of the Provincial People's Court was a sign of trust from the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Court and the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee; he requested that the appointed comrades constantly practice, preserve and promote revolutionary ethics, well implement the principle of democratic centralism, build a spirit of solidarity, together with the Party Committee, the leadership of the People's Court at 2 levels of Thai Binh province to be clean and strong, to fulfill their tasks well, contributing to ensuring political security, social order and safety, ensuring fairness for the people and litigants, so that businesses and people can enjoy an advanced judiciary and the rule of law. The leadership of the People's Court at 2 levels of Thai Binh province will continue to maintain internal solidarity, support and create conditions for the new Deputy Chief Justices of the Provincial People's Court to fulfill their tasks well, contributing to the overall success of the Court system.

Leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy presented flowers to congratulate the new Deputy Chief Justices of the Provincial People's Court.

Representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee presented flowers to congratulate the new Deputy Chief Justices of the Provincial People's Court.

In their acceptance speeches, the Deputy Chief Justices of the Provincial People's Court expressed their gratitude for the trust and support of the leaders of the People's Courts at all levels and the provincial leaders. In response to the new requirements, the comrades promised to continue to make efforts, regularly cultivate revolutionary ethics, improve capacity, qualifications, professional expertise, regularly innovate working methods and styles, and successfully complete the assigned tasks.
