Announcing the 2025 competency assessment exam schedule of Hanoi National University of Education

(Dan Tri) - Hanoi National University of Education has just announced the capacity assessment exam schedule for 2025 and new scores for 2026.

Accordingly, the 2025 Hanoi National University of Education's competency assessment exam will take place on May 17-18, 2025 (falling on Saturday and Sunday). The exam results will be announced before June 15, 2025.

Exam registration period: From March 15 to April 15, 2025 at one of four exam locations: Hanoi National University of Education; Vinh University; Quy Nhon University; University of Education - University of Danang . Specific details on the exam registration method will be announced by the school later.

Candidates can register for exams in the following subjects: math, literature, English, physics, chemistry, biology, history, geography and use the exam results to apply for admission to various majors.
Regular university training according to the requirements of each university.

Each university specifies a different number and combination of exam subjects to obtain exam results and consider admission to training programs.

Therefore, candidates need to carefully study the admission plan of each school to register for the correct and sufficient number of subjects, suitable for their admission wishes.

In particular, from 2026, it is expected that the competency assessment exam of Hanoi National University of Education (SPT) will add subjects of economics and law, information technology, and technology.

The content of the exams corresponds to the content of high school subjects and exams;
consistent with the 2018 General Education Program and teaching, testing and assessment orientation of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The exam combines multiple-choice and essay questions with appropriate scoring scales according to the structure of each exam; assessing the level of understanding of core knowledge and the ability to reason, analyze, evaluate, problem solve and be creative.

Candidates take the test directly in the examination room, answering questions by filling in the multiple-choice answer sheet (TLTN) and writing on the test paper.
