Along with the announcement of the list of digital platforms deployed by ministries and branches nationwide, in the official dispatch sent to ministries, branches and localities on July 15, the Ministry of Information and Communications also stated that the list was compiled by the Ministry of Information and Communications based on proposals from ministries and branches. At the same time, it affirmed that the announcement of this list is to promote the deployment and use of digital platforms on a national scale, avoid overlapping deployment among ministries, branches and localities and increase local initiative.

In the coming time, the Ministry of Information and Communications will regularly update the list of national digital platforms on the website ndp.dx.gov.vn.

Also according to statistics from the Ministry of Information and Communications, out of 29 ministries, ministerial-level agencies and government agencies, currently, 18 ministries and branches have announced digital platforms deployed nationwide.

The Ministry of Information and Communications requests that ministries and branches that have not yet announced a digital platform for nationwide deployment urgently review and send it to the Ministry of Information and Communications for announcement.

"If there is no announcement and localities implement overlapping or duplicated plans, they must be responsible to the Prime Minister," the document of the Ministry of Information and Communications sent to ministries, branches and localities clearly stated.

Ministries and branches are also requested to promptly update the list of digital platforms deployed nationwide when there are changes; review and connect digital platforms in the list with the National Data Integration and Sharing Platform to share and exchange data with local platforms.

For localities, the Ministry of Information and Communications recommends actively exploiting and using digital platforms deployed by ministries and branches. In case of difficulties or problems, localities can contact the digital platform operator on the list for support.

At the same time, localities also need to proactively deploy their own digital transformation solutions; avoid overlapping and duplicating implementation with digital platforms announced by ministries and branches.

The national digital transformation program, national strategies for developing digital government, digital economy and digital society all identify developing a shared digital platform as a breakthrough solution to promote faster digital transformation, help reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.

Vietnam's digital transformation must be based on Vietnam's digital platforms. Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung pointed out that if Vietnam's digital transformation is not based on Vietnam's digital platforms, the beneficiaries of this process will not be Vietnamese people.
