At the time of the incident, Ashly's health condition was not good due to an injury to her wrist; trauma, infection in her leg and she could not walk. To support, the police force arranged medical staff to take care of, actively treat and take the two citizens to the No. 01 Accommodation Facility (Ministry of Public Security) to complete the procedures and return the two citizens according to regulations.
