The meeting approved the proposal to dismiss comrade Hoang Sy Kien, a delegate of the Con Cuong District People's Council for the 20th term, 2021 - 2026 term, former Chairman of the District People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term. The delegates voted on the resolution to dismiss comrade Hoang Sy Kien from his duties as a delegate of the District People's Council. Previously, comrade Hoang Sy Kien was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Nghe An Department of Construction.
At this session, the District People's Council organized a vote of confidence for 22 people holding positions elected by the District People's Council.
The meeting also approved the report, discussed and passed the Resolution to dismiss comrade Lo Van Thao - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee from the position of Chairman of the District People's Council for the 2021-2026 term, and at the same time approved the report of the Standing Committee of the District People's Council on the introduction of personnel to elect additional positions of Chairman of the District People's Committee for the 20th term, 2021-2026 term. Accordingly, comrade Lo Van Thao - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council was introduced by the District People's Council to be elected as Chairman of the Con Cuong District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
With 100% of the votes, comrade Lo Van Thao was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Con Cuong district for the 2021-2026 term./.
