ANTD.VN - Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) has decided to transfer shares of Hoa Binh Construction Group Corporation (HBC) and Tri Viet Securities Corporation (TVB) from restricted trading to controlled.

Accordingly, HBC and TVB shares will be traded full-time again from tomorrow, January 19.

The reason is that the listed organization has overcome the situation of securities being restricted from trading according to regulations but has not yet met the provisions in Point d, Clause 4, Article 38 of the Regulations on listing and trading of listed securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD/HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

Two stocks HBC and TVB are out of trading restrictions

As for HBC shares, HoSE still keeps the shares under control due to late submission of audited annual financial statements for 2 consecutive years (2021 - 2022). At the same time, the shares are under warning because the undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2022 on the audited consolidated financial statements for 2022 is a negative number.

Previously, both HBC and TVB stocks were put on restricted trading (only allowed to trade in the morning session) from May 23, 2023. The reason was that the listed organization was 45 days late in submitting audited financial statements compared to the prescribed deadline.

After the news of full-time trading resumed, both stocks immediately hit their ceiling prices this afternoon. Accordingly, HBC shares increased to VND8,680/share; TVB increased to VND5,770/share.
