On the morning of March 27, Tan Uyen City Police (Binh Duong Province) are temporarily detaining Ho Dinh Quyet (born 1990, residing in Tan Uyen City) to investigate the act of intentionally causing injury.

According to the police, at noon on March 22, Quyet and a friend, B. (born in 1985, from Ha Tinh) drove to a billiards parlor in Khanh Binh ward (Tan Uyen city) to play.

While playing billiards together, two people got into an argument but were stopped by people around.

At around 4:30 p.m., while Mr. B was preparing to open the car door to leave the restaurant, Quyet also got into his car parked opposite, suddenly accelerated and hit Mr. B straight on. Being hit unexpectedly, Mr. B jumped up to avoid it but was too late.

After hitting Mr. B, Quyet drove away from the scene. Mr. B. suffered a broken leg and was taken to the emergency room with the help of local residents.

Through verification, the investigation agency has detained Ho Dinh Quyet for investigation.
