Thanh Hoa Police Generals and Officers Club in Hanoi presents gifts to policy beneficiaries

On the morning of July 22, the Thanh Hoa Generals and Police Officers Club in Hanoi, in coordination with the Thanh Hoa City People's Committee and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, held a meeting and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024).

Comrade Dau Thanh Tung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented gifts to meritorious people in Thanh Hoa city.

Attending the meeting were Comrade Dau Thanh Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of some provincial departments and branches, leaders of Thanh Hoa City People's Committee, Thanh Hoa Association in Hanoi, Thanh Hoa Police Generals and Officers Club in Hanoi, and 157 meritorious people in Thanh Hoa City and Hoang Hoa and Quang Xuong districts.

Speaking at the meeting, Major General Trinh Xuan Thu, Head of the Thanh Hoa Generals and Police Officers Club in Hanoi, emphasized: As people far from home, the members of the Club always want to contribute part of their efforts to join hands with local Party committees and authorities to take care of the lives of people with revolutionary contributions. Therefore, every year the Club organizes practical and meaningful volunteer activities towards the homeland of Thanh Hoa.

On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, to express gratitude and deep gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, families with meritorious services and people with meritorious services to the revolution, the Club has coordinated with organizations and individuals with good hearts to prepare thoughtful and meaningful gifts to give to people with meritorious services. Thanh Hoa Police Officers and Generals Club in Hanoi presents gifts to war invalids who are former Thanh Hoa Police officers.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dau Thanh Tung, leaders of departments, branches and the Thanh Hoa Police Officers' Club in Hanoi presented 152 gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers, and people infected with toxic chemicals in Thanh Hoa City, Hoang Hoa and Quang Xuong districts; and presented 7 gifts to war invalids who were former Thanh Hoa Police officers. Each gift is worth 3.5 million VND.
