According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Homecoming music festival has the participation of leading Vietnamese singers who are natives of Thai Binh and famous Korean singers such as Chung Ha, DJ SODA... This is a large-scale cultural and artistic exchange event to introduce and promote the culture, tourism and typical products of Thai Binh to international friends, attract investment, and promote tourism development of the province.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Tran Thi Bich Hang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Subcommittee for Organizing Art Programs requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to absorb the delegates' comments, synthesize and unify the plan to organize the opening ceremony, the cultural and artistic exchange program between universities, colleges, localities of Korea and Thai Binh and the music festival - Homecoming. Determine the specific time, location, content of each art program to ensure a continuous connection, clear theme to meet the requirements of the exchange program proposed by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. The assignment of tasks to units must be unified, detailed, connected with other subcommittees and consistent with the general plan of the Provincial People's Committee.
