The program "Joining hands with compatriots to overcome storms and floods" was launched by the Founder of Ecopark (through Ecopark Group Joint Stock Company, DB Investment and Development Company Limited) from September 12, in the context that many northern provinces and millions of people have suffered severe consequences caused by storm No. 3 (super storm Yagi) and its circulation.
Ecopark wishes to share the difficulties by mobilizing all resources to contribute to quickly rescuing people in places that are suffering severe consequences of natural disasters and floods.
The program "Joining hands with compatriots to overcome storms and floods" includes a series of practical actions with compatriots in the Northern provinces to quickly overcome the consequences caused by storms. A budget of 20 billion VND will be reserved to implement the series of activities in this program.
Through the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Founder of Ecopark donated 15 billion VND to the Northern provinces that are suffering from the severe impacts of storms and floods. The budget will be used to buy immediate essential supplies and to support the recovery efforts of people in areas severely affected by natural disasters.
Ecopark also supported 4 billion VND for localities heavily affected by the storm in two provinces surrounding the project, Hung Yen and Hai Duong, to help local people overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
In addition, Ecopark will also allocate a budget of 1 billion VND to coordinate with the Vietnam Student Association - a volunteer unit that is directly going to the flood-hit areas to support people to return to normal life soon.
Previously, on September 11, Ecopark and the community were ready to support 10,000 accommodations for the people of Van Giang district. At the same time, the investor and residents participated in rescuing trees, crops, and property of the people living along the dike of Van Giang district, in the spirit of mutual support and sharing love.
The investor also coordinated with the Management Board and residents to form a Support Team, prepare necessities, use Ecobus, prepare life jackets and work with the authorities to welcome people to flood shelters.
Over 21 years of formation and development, the founder of Ecopark has made his mark on the market with green real estate projects, sustainable development and a network of residents and partners who promote awareness of preserving and protecting the natural environment.
Throughout the journey of more than two decades of creating real estate projects, Ecopark has always demonstrated its responsibility to the social community through diverse and practical activities with the goal of not only bringing economic benefits but also contributing to the sustainable development of the community, protecting the environment and improving the quality of life of the Vietnamese people.
