On September 21, the final round of the "Cultural Tourism Ambassador" Contest took place at Bai Dinh Pagoda. The contest is part of the Cultural Tourism Talent Incubator Project for the period 2024-2034, organized and sponsored by Tam Chuc Tourism Services Company Limited.
Attending the final round were leaders of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; leaders of the Department of Tourism, Department of Education and Training, Xuan Truong Construction Enterprise; representatives of leaders of universities, colleges and more than 2 thousand students of universities and colleges with majors in the fields of Culture, Tourism, Heritage, History....
The "Tourism and Cultural Talent Incubator" project for the period 2024-2034 was initiated and sponsored by Tam Chuc Tourism Services Company Limited, with the mission of nurturing young talents in the fields of culture and tourism from students studying at universities and colleges across the country.
The project aims to provide a solid foundation of knowledge, in-depth understanding of culture and history; practice skills and have the opportunity to maximize potential, strengths, creativity, broaden vision, nurture spirit, positive attitude for participating students, create an environment for experience, exchange and connection between students with domestic and international organizations, businesses and experts.
The project has recruited nearly 1,000 students majoring in Culture and Tourism from 60 universities and colleges nationwide to participate in a study program with 20 different topics, taught by prestigious and highly qualified experts and researchers from within and outside the country.

Through the learning and evaluation process, the Project selected 80 students who completed the harvest assignment excellently to participate in the interview round, from which the 35 most outstanding faces, representing 20 universities and colleges, continued to be selected to enter the final round.
The final round of "Cultural Tourism Ambassador" has the theme: Heritage tourism. At the contest, 35 contestants are divided into teams and compete in 3 parts: "Cultural tourism message", "Following the flow of cultural tourism", "Cultural tourism ambassador".
The contest's jury includes leaders of Ninh Binh Department of Tourism, leading experts in the fields of culture, tourism and communications, from which they have in-depth and objective assessments of the participating teams.
At the end of the competition, the Jury and Organizing Committee will calculate the scores and award the First, Second and Third prizes to the teams participating in the final round.
The "Tourism and Cultural Talent Incubator" project with a long-term vision from 2024 to 2034, aims to train and develop high-quality human resources in the Tourism and Culture industry.
The project aims to seek out and honor young talents with extensive knowledge of culture and tourism, as well as the ability to convey messages about sustainable tourism and unique Vietnamese culture to domestic and international audiences.
Through training activities, exchanges and practical experiences, the Project hopes to contribute to the sustainable development of Vietnam Tourism.
