The Ministry of Construction has just announced information on housing and real estate market in the fourth quarter of 2024 and the whole year of 2024. Apartment prices in major cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang have increased much higher than in 2023.
Specifically, the apartment segments, the affordable segment has a price under 45 million VND/m2; the mid-range segment has a price of 45-70 million VND/m2; the high-end segment has a price of 70 million VND to over 100 million VND/m2; the super luxury segment has appeared in a few projects with a price of approximately 200 million VND/m2.
In 2024, according to surveys and reports from several major cities and provinces (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City), apartment prices will continue to increase in both new and old projects.
