At the Resolution announcement ceremony, Comrade Le Anh Phuong - Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Committee, Director of Hue University presented the Decision and congratulated Comrade Phan Khoa Cuong on receiving the new assignment. Comrade Phuong believes that Comrade Phan Khoa Cuong will further promote his role and responsibility, be exemplary in all aspects of inheriting the tradition of the Party Committee of the University of Economics, promote the spirit of solidarity, capacity, intelligence, and experience to join the collective of the Party Committee Executive Committee of the school to lead and direct cadres and Party members in the Party Committee to excellently complete the assigned political tasks.
Representatives of the Party Committee, School Council, Board of Directors, and mass organizations presented flowers to congratulate the new Secretary Phan Khoa Cuong.
Speaking on receiving the new assignment, comrade Phan Khoa Cuong thanked the attention and trust of the Standing Committee of the Hue University Party Committee for assigning him new tasks and responsibilities. Also on the afternoon of December 21, the University of Economics, Hue University solemnly held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Thanh Hoan and Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Duc Tinh to the position of Vice President of the University of Economics, term 2020 - 2025.
Dr. Phan Khoa Cuong, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the School Board, presented the Decision to appoint Vice Principals to Associate Professor Dr. Phan Thanh Hoan and Associate Professor Dr. Bui Duc Tinh.
During the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Phan Thanh Hoan expressed his sincere thanks to the comrades of the School Council, Party Committee, Board of Directors, and key officials in the whole school for their support and high trust in the process of introducing personnel and appointing the position of Vice President for the 2020-2025 term. Associate Professor Dr. Phan Thanh Hoan also pledged to devote all his efforts to completing the assigned tasks, contributing to helping the University of Economics overcome all challenges and difficulties, develop strongly and leave more marks in the coming time, worthy of the trust and expectations of the leaders and all staff of the School.
Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Thanh Hoan, born in 1976, has 25 years of teaching experience at the University of Economics, Hue University, has many years of management positions, and is the Head of Training Department (from 2014 to present).
Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Thanh Hoan is a former student of Agricultural Economics, Hue University of Economics; he was awarded a scholarship by the Korean Government to study postgraduate (Master's and PhD) at KyungHee University and Chonbuk National University, Korea.
