TPO - On the afternoon of September 27, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee held a ceremony to hand over decisions on cadres. At the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Bac Nam announced the decision of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of key cadres.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Vo Thanh Kha, Deputy Chief of Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of District 8. The term of office is 5 years.
The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Trung Anh, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, to hold the position of Chairman of the Binh Tan District People's Committee. The term of office is 5 years.

The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also handed over the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Dinh Khac Huy, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Binh Thanh District People's Committee, to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment. The term of office is 5 years.
Along with that, Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhut, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Tan District was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. The term of office is 5 years.
Appoint and transfer Mr. Le Van Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of District 7 to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. The term of office is 5 years.

At the ceremony, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also announced the decision to retire and receive social insurance benefits from October 1, 2024 for Mr. Huynh Van Hanh, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Justice.
Mr. Vo Thanh Kha was born in 1973, qualifications: Senior in Political Theory, Civil Engineer, Master of Urban and Construction Management.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhut was born in 1973; Qualification: Civil Engineer majoring in construction engineering, Senior in Political Theory.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Anh was born in 1976, qualifications: Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of English, Bachelor of Political Science, Advanced Political Theory.
Mr. Dinh Khac Huy was born in 1977, qualifications: Master of Construction, Civil Engineer, Bachelor of Administration, Senior Political Theory.
Mr. Le Van Thanh was born in 1971; qualifications: Doctor of Law, Senior in Politics.

Speaking at the task assignment for leaders transferred from the city to take up positions in localities, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai hoped that Chairman of the District 8 People's Committee Vo Thanh Kha would make efforts to bring about clear changes in the locality in the next 5 years, especially in solving the problem of houses on and along canals.
In order for Mr. Nguyen Trung Anh to return to Binh Tan district, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai assessed that this locality is currently a good environment, so Mr. Anh needs to make efforts to make it better, including trying to bring experience from the Department of Planning and Investment to implement work in the locality; along with that, it is also necessary to quickly integrate with the grassroots to carry out the task.
Regarding the leaders who were transferred from the district to take up their duties at the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai assessed that Binh Tan District has made a very significant and clear change recently, including the personal role of Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhut. From there, the city decided to transfer and assign work so that Mr. Nhat has the opportunity to learn and contribute more to the city. Chairman Phan Van Mai hopes that the officials transferred to the city will quickly study, approach and complete their tasks well.
Regarding the Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Dinh Khac Huy, Mr. Mai suggested that whatever can be completed or not completed should be handed over to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the People's Committee of Binh Thanh District so that they can take charge and assign work, especially work related to the Xuyen Tam canal project.
For the new Deputy Chief of Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Le Van Thanh, when he moves from the District 7 People's Committee to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Office, the work will be very difficult, especially in the area of responsibility for the urban area. Therefore, Mr. Mai also hopes that Mr. Thanh will focus and make efforts to be able to handle the workload. In particular, Mr. Thanh needs to promote his experience in fighting the epidemic and the digital transformation process in the district to implement the work at the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Office.

At the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dinh Thanh Nhan announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to appoint Mr. Vo Thanh Kha to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District 8 Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the District 8 Party Committee.
The representative of the Organizing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to appoint Mr. Nguyen Trung Anh to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Binh Tan District Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Binh Tan District Party Committee.
