This evening, February 9, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung visited and wished a Happy New Year to officers and soldiers at the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Border Guard Command on duty to ensure security and order on New Year's Eve.

At the places visited, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung listened to the heads of the units report on the work content and outstanding results in performing the tasks in 2023; the number of troops on duty ready to fight, firmly protect sovereignty, border security, and take care of Tet for cadres, soldiers and people.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee praised and affirmed that the results achieved by the units in the past year have made important contributions to the development of the province.

On the eve of the New Year of Giap Thin - 2024, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung requested units to continue to strengthen combat readiness, ensure political security, and firmly protect sovereignty and border security.
In particular, during the upcoming Lunar New Year, officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces need to heighten their vigilance, "enjoying spring but not forgetting their duties", promptly advising on handling situations that arise, ensuring that people can enjoy spring and celebrate Tet in peace and safety.
Wishing that in the new year, officers and soldiers of the units will overcome all difficulties, continue to promote the traditions of the unit, excellently complete assigned tasks, and contribute to building the homeland and country to become more and more prosperous.
On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung presented Tet gifts and wished all officers and soldiers of the units a peaceful and happy new year.
