In particular, it is required to have a transportation plan that ensures sufficient capacity and quality, maximally meeting people's travel needs during peak days, minimizing delays and cancellations; absolutely not allowing passengers to have no means of transportation to return home during Tet; strictly handling organizations and individuals that allow illegal buses, bus stations and illegal fare increases. Ensuring safety conditions for traffic infrastructure works; promptly repairing damaged and eroded road sections caused by rain and floods; Check and review additional traffic signal systems, reflective warning devices, road sections with steep slopes, narrow curves, limited visibility..., have plans to organize, regulate, and separate traffic flows, promptly clear them, and avoid prolonged congestion when there are incidents or traffic accidents on roads under management authority.

Investors and provincial-level construction investment project management boards: Urgently complete upgrading, repairing and maintaining key traffic routes in urban areas and returning the roadway to serve people's travel (complete 10 days before the Lunar New Year holiday); request construction units to strictly implement traffic safety measures on routes that are both under construction and in operation, which have been approved, such as: marker posts, signs... arrange barriers and warning signs at deep excavations, high embankments, and unfinished construction items. Members of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee: according to assigned tasks, promote a sense of responsibility, regularly urge, inspect and direct sectors and localities; promptly report the situation and advise on solutions to control and reduce traffic accidents.
Agencies, units, and localities assign competent persons to organize 24/7 duty, report on traffic safety and order situation during 7 days of Tet holiday (from February 8, 2024 to February 14, 2024, i.e. from December 29, Quy Mao year to January 5, Giap Thin year) to the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee.
