Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son presented the Party Badge on May 19 at Vinh Quang Commune Party Committee

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son congratulated and asked about the health of party member Hoang Kim Tan.

Party member Hoang Kim Tan joined the Party on February 6, 1951, participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign, then was in charge of the militia of Vinh Quang commune and worked at the commune's cooperatives. During his life of fighting and working, he received many medals, badges, and certificates of merit from all levels. He always fulfilled his assigned tasks well, exemplary in implementing the Party's policies, the State's laws and regulations in residential areas.

This is the pride of the individual, the Party member's family and the entire Vinh Quang Commune Party Committee; affirming the continuous efforts and striving of Party member Hoang Kim Tan.
