National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man met with provincial leaders and the National Assembly Delegation of Tuyen Quang province.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Chau Van Lam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ma Thi Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; and provincial National Assembly Deputies.

Tuyen Quang province presented the President of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man with a cluster of Uncle Ho's monuments to the people of all ethnic groups in Tuyen Quang province.

At the meeting, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Provincial Party Secretary Chau Van Lam reported to the National Assembly Chairman on the socio-economic development of the province and the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation at the first session, 7th session, 15th National Assembly.

Accordingly, in preparation for the session, the provincial National Assembly Delegation has actively and proactively carried out monitoring activities, contacted voters; asked for opinions from experts, scientists and representatives of the province's functional sectors to contribute to the draft laws expected to be considered in the 7th Session.

Synthesize the opinions of difficulties and problems of the sectors on the decrees and circulars to propose recommendations. Along with that, focus on carefully studying documents, grasping the actual situation; to improve the quality of the speech content, focus on analyzing, evaluating, and recommending practical solutions for the benefit of the people, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the National Assembly's activities.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man praised and highly appreciated the socio-economic development results of the province in recent times. He also acknowledged the positive contributions of the provincial National Assembly Delegation at the session. National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man suggested that the province continue to review the targets set out in the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, make more efforts, and strive to complete the set targets and goals at the highest level.

Emphasizing the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the province's goals and tasks in the coming time, he suggested that Tuyen Quang province should continue to effectively implement the task of building new rural areas. In particular, speeding up the implementation of the Project to build Son Duong district to meet new rural standards in the period of 2023 - 2025.

He noted that the province focuses on economic development, production organization, promoting the role of collective economic organizations and cooperative economies to create sustainable livelihoods for people, completing the goal of building Son Duong district to meet new rural standards by 2025 as planned.

The National Assembly Chairman hopes that Tuyen Quang province will continue to organize specific and practical activities to compete for achievements in celebrating the "80th Anniversary of the First General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam" in conjunction with successfully implementing the goals of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, worthy of the position of a revolutionary homeland, contributing with the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people to build our country to be increasingly prosperous and happy.
