After the day Uncle Ho passed away, in infinite love and sorrow, Tra Vinh City Party Committee discussed a plan with the army and people of Long Duc to build a Temple to worship Uncle Ho. Although this was a disputed area between us and the enemy, the construction site was only a few hundred meters from the enemy's post, but with iron will and ardent patriotism, Tra Vinh army and people still decided to start building the Temple on an area of 16m2 on March 10, 1970; the entire construction process was carried out at night. The project was completed on January 26, 1971.

Uncle Ho Temple is recognized as a National Historical and Cultural Relic, the first national relic site of Tra Vinh province. The area of Uncle Ho Temple is over 4.5 hectares, with the main items being the Temple and the exhibition house. In particular, in 2012, a 97% replica of Uncle Ho's Stilt House was built here.

The President and the delegation respectfully offered incense and flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of the Party and people of Vietnam, and national liberation hero.

Expressing his emotion at the deep and passionate affection of the people of Tra Vinh for Uncle Ho, President To Lam wrote in the Golden Book of Memories: "The Uncle Ho Temple in Tra Vinh province not only shows the sacred affection and loyal heart of the people of the South in general, and the people of Tra Vinh in particular, for the beloved leader of the nation, but is also a symbol of the strength of great solidarity, heroic and resilient struggle of our army and people...".

The President hopes that the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Tra Vinh province will continue to do a better job in preserving and promoting the value of the national historical relic site of Uncle Ho Temple, so that this place will forever be a "red address" for educating revolutionary traditions and conveying the noble values that Uncle Ho left to future generations.

On the same morning, President To Lam offered incense and visited the tomb of Vice President Nguyen Sinh Sac - father of President Ho Chi Minh at Nguyen Sinh Sac relic site, Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap province.

This is a project to pay tribute to Mr. Pho Bang Nguyen Sinh Sac, a patriotic Confucian scholar and the person who gave birth to and raised President Ho Chi Minh, the outstanding leader of our Party, State and people.

The construction of the tomb of Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac began in August 1975 and was completed in December 1977. With an area of 3.6 hectares, the relic site is divided into three main areas: the tomb of Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac, Uncle Ho's stilt house and the lotus pond. This unique cultural architectural complex was ranked as a national relic by the Ministry of Culture on April 9, 1992.
