On the afternoon of November 30, the delegation of the 15th Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly, Unit No. 10, including delegates: Nguyen Thi Le, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council; Major General Phan Van Xung, Political Commissar of the Ho Chi Minh City Command; delegation of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, Unit No. 30 and 31, met with voters of Hoc Mon district.

At the meeting, voters raised issues related to the environment; planning, urbanization, investment in upgrading and implementing to ensure traffic infrastructure to prevent flooding and traffic accidents; rights of participants in Social Insurance, Health Insurance... Voter Nguyen Thi Ngoc My reflected that the planning of the DIC industrial park of more than 380 hectares in Xuan Thoi Thuong commune has not yet had a policy for implementation, requesting the National Assembly Deputies and the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City to propose to competent authorities to soon have a plan to ensure the rights of the people.
Voters also reported that Nguyen Van Bua Street from Giong intersection to Cau Lon is often congested and has traffic accidents. Voters requested the National Assembly Delegation and the HCMC People's Council to soon propose to the competent authority to establish an investment list to expand this road.

Responding to voters' opinions, Chairman of Hoc Mon District People's Committee Duong Hong Thang said that the planning of DIC Industrial Park in Xuan Thoi Thuong Commune has recently been approved by the Prime Minister to remove it from the planning. Currently, Ho Chi Minh City is adjusting the city's general planning, and the district has advised the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to consider removing this project when adjusting the general planning.
Regarding the accident situation on Nguyen Van Bua Street, the Chairman of Hoc Mon District People's Committee said that in the past, this road often had traffic accidents and traffic jams. Recently, the district has coordinated with the Department of Transport to have many solutions to regulate and divide traffic, and at the same time agreed to include it in the investment plan to expand this road.
Taking note of voters' opinions, Chairwoman of the HCMC People's Council Nguyen Thi Le requested relevant departments, branches and the People's Committee of Hoc Mon district to review voters' opinions. Issues that have regulations must be implemented immediately and resolved thoroughly; issues that are not within the authority or have not yet been regulated but are reasonable and appropriate must be summarized with proposals and recommendations, and continued to be reported to the competent authority for research and resolution.

The Chairman of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City requested the district to focus on carefully reviewing the actual planning, projects with planning suspended for many years, projects that the Government and the city have approved to stop or abandon planning, and must urgently consult and recommend competent authorities to promptly resolve them.
Regarding planning, the district needs to coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City to review and supplement the project to adjust the city's general planning to ensure regulations and the legitimate and legal rights of the people.
Delegate Nguyen Thi Le suggested that Hoc Mon district proactively coordinate with relevant departments and branches to propose investment policies according to regulations to solve traffic congestion, traffic accidents, and ensure environmental sanitation...
