The incident happened on Wednesday, killing two people and injuring seven others, including police officers.
Vladislav and his wife, Tatyana Bakalchuk, are in the process of divorcing and have been in a public dispute over the company's future since Wildberries announced plans to merge with Russ Group in June. Tatyana founded Wildberries in 2004 and turned it into a major marketplace for a wide range of goods.
Both sides blamed each other for the shooting. Vladislav claimed he had come to attend a scheduled meeting, but Tatyana insisted there was no meeting and that her husband and his accomplices had tried to take over the office.
Vladislav's lawyer said the charges were a "blatant violation" of his rights. The dispute revolved around a merger that created a new company, reducing Tatyana's stake from 99% to about 65%.
Chechnya's leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, has backed Vladislav and described the annexation as a "property grab". Tatyana has denied the accusations. The Kremlin said President Putin supported the annexation but would not intervene.
In a Telegram video, Tatyana asked her husband: "How will you look into the eyes of our parents and children?".
