Bean sprout growers in Cam Linh ward said that when growing bean sprouts, they must water them regularly every day, 2-3 times, and water more at night. Each time they water, let the water stay submerged for about 5 minutes, then drain all the water. About 4 days after incubating the beans, they can be harvested. After making the bean sprouts, they are put on a sieve to remove all the shells, then washed.

It is known that the bean sprout growing profession, in addition to developing in Ninh Hoa town, is currently being applied by many households in Cam Ranh city (Khanh Hoa) in the form of growing in jars and the model is continuing to be replicated in many localities.

Ms. Huynh Mui, Cam Linh Ward, Cam Ranh City said: "My family has been involved in the bean sprout making business for more than 10 years. The job of making bean sprouts is not difficult, mainly using clean water to soak beans or regularly water the jars. During the process, we must choose clean ingredients and wash the beans thoroughly. From picking the beans to producing bean sprouts, it goes through many stages, requiring meticulousness and care. It is worth mentioning that the entire process does not use any chemicals.

Ms. Huynh Mui's family is currently making 8 jars of bean sprouts, each jar contains 2 kg of green beans, and the sprouting process lasts about 4 days. This process is very important and determines the quality of the product. On average, each jar after incubation produces about 16 - 20 kg of finished product. With 8 jars of bean sprouts, after selling, the average revenue is 1.5 million VND, after deducting expenses, the profit is from 600,000 - 700,000 VND.

Ms. Mai Thi Bich Thanh (64 years old, Cam Linh ward) said that her family is one of the households that have grown bean sprouts for many years in the locality and has now passed the profession on to her children and grandchildren. Thanks to the clean bean sprouts, customers come to buy them continuously. The family not only supplies bean sprouts on the mainland but also on the island in Khanh Hoa province.

Ms. Thanh added that the family chose to make bean sprouts in a clean way, ensuring the health safety of consumers. Every 4 days, they incubate a batch, then the family washes them and puts them in bags to provide to customers. With about 40 jars, Ms. Thanh's family works in a rolling manner, providing an average of 1.5 - 2 quintals of bean sprouts per day. Currently, her family wholesales to customers at a price of 13,000 VND/kg, with this profession, her family has created jobs for 4 workers.

The association for growing clean bean sprouts was established with 7 members and is currently being expanded for other members and farmers to learn from.
