Regarding the reason for posting the sign, according to the leader of Di An Ward People's Committee, the Charm Diamond project does not have a construction permit, has not paid land use fees... but the project developer, Charm Group, still allows trading floors and brokers to advertise and sell apartment products at this project.
Therefore, the People's Committee of Di An Ward posted a sign to let all customers know and avoid being subjective, gullible, listening to advertisements, not carefully researching the project's legal aspects, and still paying for transactions, leading to future losses. As well as avoiding the situation of gathering in large numbers, pulling protest banners, causing complaints, and collective lawsuits that affect local security and order.
Charm Diamond is part of the Charm City project with a total area of over 5.8 hectares, the project scale includes a 35-storey tower and 1 basement, providing the market with 564 apartments, 17 2-storey commercial shophouses and 12 adjacent townhouses.
