The French colonialists fell at Dien Bien Phu. The Vietnamese people had another great victory in the history of defending the country.
There were many reasons for this failure. One of them was the subjectivity of the French Colonialists when building the Dien Bien Phu stronghold, considering it an “impregnable fortress” and believing that it “would cause the Viet Minh a serious defeat”.
