Of which, employees with more than 5 years of seniority accounted for 39%.

Mr. Pham Quoc Thanh, General Director of HDBank, said that bank employees are taken care of comprehensively in terms of salary and benefits, as well as spiritual life and corporate culture with the motto: HDBank must be a happy workplace. Thanks to that, employees tend to stay with the bank for a long time and devote themselves to their work.
