(Dan Tri) - Thanh Oai district and Hoai Duc district (Hanoi) have a total of 40 projects auctioning land use rights.
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision 144 approving the 2025 land use plan of Hoai Duc district. In this year's land use plan of this district, 11 projects are subject to land use rights auction.
Specifically, the projects include: Technical infrastructure project for land use rights auction in Van Canh commune - Area X1; construction of technical infrastructure to conduct land use rights auction in Son Dong commune - location X1 (Khom Dau and Dong Coc areas); infrastructure project for land use rights auction in Di Trach commune (location X7); construction of land use rights auction area in Chien village, Duc Thuong commune; technical infrastructure for land use rights auction area in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field; technical infrastructure for land use rights auction in Kim Chung commune - Area X2 (Dong Sanh); auction of land use rights in Lai Yen commune - location X6 Suon Trai.

In addition, there is the project of building technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in An Thuong commune (location X2); auctioning Di Trach commune - Co Bong area; auctioning and resettlement in Lai Yen commune; technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Dong La commune - Ma Trau area, Dong Nhan village; building technical infrastructure for service land and auctioning Cheo Duong Tau area, La Phu commune.
The Hanoi People's Committee also issued Decision No. 136 approving the 2025 land use plan of Thanh Oai district. In this year's land use plan of this district, there are 29 projects auctioning land use rights.
Specifically, in Xuan Duong commune, there is a project to build technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Phan Tram area (Xuyen Duong village); Cay Xanh area (Van Dong village). In Kim Bai town, there is a project to build technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in plots 02.1 and 02.2 in Dia Dam field (Cat Dong village); build houses for sale in the K3 land use rights auction area.
In Tam Hung commune, there is a project to build technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in the Xim Duoi area; Cung Trong area (Dai Dinh village). In Dan Hoa commune, there is a project to build technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in the Dia Tram Xac area; Dong Dau area (The Hien village). In Do Dong commune, there is a project to build technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in the Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas (Van Quan village); Dien Thanh area (Cu Than village).
In Thanh Thuy commune, there is a project to build technical infrastructure and auction land use rights in Bai Lang and Cu Chua areas (Du Du village); Dong Lang area (Gia Vinh village); auction land use rights to implement the investment project to build low-rise housing in Ao Sen field (Rua Ha village).

According to the 2025 land use plan, the City People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of the above districts to announce and publicize the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of the law on land. The units shall recover land in accordance with the approved land use plan.
The People's Committees of these districts shall organize inspections of the implementation of land use plans; promptly detect and handle violations of land use plans; strengthen inspections and supervision of the implementation of land use plans to ensure the feasibility of the 2025 land use plan; balance and determine capital sources to implement the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the land use plan.
The People's Committees of these districts are responsible for reporting the results of land use plan implementation before October 15.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hanoi City is responsible for implementing land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan. This Department is assigned to organize inspection of the implementation of the land use plan; regularly update works and projects that are eligible to submit to the City People's Committee for approval to supplement the annual land use plan list according to regulations.
