Dong Xoai - Dong Phu Tax Department collects more than 965 billion VND in taxes

Mr. Lam Van Dat, Director of Binh Phuoc Tax Department, acknowledged and highly appreciated the tax collection results in 2024 and requested the Dong Xoai - Dong Phu Tax Branch to make more efforts to complete the tax collection goals and tasks set for 2025.

By area, Dong Xoai city collected more than 608 billion VND, reaching 92% of the provincial estimate. Dong Phu district collected more than 357 billion VND, reaching 81% of the provincial estimate. The whole region had 5/11 revenue items exceeding 100% of the provincial estimate, including non-state tax, environmental protection, non-agricultural land use, mineral exploitation rights and other budget revenues. During the year, the tax department also had 516 newly established enterprises, bringing the total number of operating enterprises in the area to 2,915. In addition, during the year, the tax department also paid attention to debt collection and handling of tax debts transferred from the previous year and newly arising debts, and collected more than 308 billion VND.

In the context of production and business of people and enterprises, especially real estate business being frozen, tax collection has been greatly affected. However, with the efforts to overcome difficulties of the collective of cadres, civil servants, and employees of the department and the companionship and awareness of tax compliance of taxpayers, along with the attention and sharing of all levels and sectors, the tax collection results achieved in the past year are remarkable.

Collectives and individuals with outstanding and outstanding achievements in tax work in 2024 were commended and rewarded by Binh Phuoc Tax Department and Dong Xoai - Dong Phu Regional Tax Department.

Of which, Dong Xoai city is assigned to collect 674 billion VND and Dong Phu district is 367 billion VND.
