The settlement of administrative procedures under the one-stop and one-stop mechanism at the district departments, agencies, and commune-level People's Committees is regularly inspected. The district is always proactive in compiling statistics, updating, announcing, publicizing, and posting administrative procedures and procedures for settling administrative procedures promptly and in accordance with regulations, ensuring transparency in publicizing administrative procedures.
In the first three months of 2025, the Reception and Results Department of the District People's Committee received 547 records, of which 100% were received online, 395 records were processed ahead of schedule and on time (72.21%), and 144 records are being processed.
The Reception and Result Delivery Department of the People's Committees of communes and towns received 2,627 dossiers, the rate of receiving online dossiers reached 100%, and processed 2,622 dossiers ahead of schedule and on time (reaching 99.81%). 100% of organizations and individuals rated their satisfaction on the National Public Service chart. Localities always identify administrative reform as a key task, contributing to building a public and transparent administration, bringing convenience to people and businesses.
In 2025, the District People's Committee will continue to promote administrative procedure reform; effectively implement online payment services for financial obligations and some administrative procedures with fees/charges; effectively implement the regulations on coordination in receiving and handling feedback and recommendations from individuals and organizations on administrative regulations in the district; apply information technology in the operations of administrative agencies at all levels.
In addition, the locality always provides complete and timely information on the district's electronic information portal; reviews and integrates full and partial online public services, ensuring that 100% of public services meet the conditions for being put on full online public services and 100% of full online public services are integrated into the national public service portal; continues to standardize information on cadres, civil servants and public employees into the cadre and civil servant management software, synchronizing the national database.
