Mr. C. - a local resident - said: "I hope to win a plot of land to build a house. But the price is too high for my ability to pay, so I decided to stop. I will go out and find a plot of land with a lower price to buy."

He said the 57.5m2 plot of land had the highest price of 252 million VND after 10 rounds of bidding. This plot of land was auctioned for at least 11 rounds, so he predicted that it would continue to increase even more.

On the contrary, many investors continued to stay in the auction room. Some people were even given food and drinks by people outside to "gain strength" to continue bidding.

At the waiting room, a broker said that the current inventory of 7 lots that had just won the auction needed to be resold at a difference of 400 million to 600 million VND. However, when Dan Tri reporters expressed their interest in buying a lot, many brokers agreed to lower the difference to 200 million VND/lot.

Ms. H. - an investor in Hanoi - shared that her family of 20 people participated in today's auction. All 27 plots of land were registered by her family to participate in the auction.

Previously, Dan Tri newspaper reported that Ms. Hien - a person present at the land auction - said that her side had just won a 62m2 plot of land in Ha Khau Dong Xua Area after 8 rounds of bidding with a price of 146 million VND/m2. This plot of land is being offered for sale with a price difference of 400 million VND.

Ms. Hong, an investor from Quoc Oai District (Hanoi), said she won a plot of land in Ha Khau Copper Area with an area of ​​62.5 square meters at a price of 146 million VND/square meter, equivalent to more than 9.1 billion VND, after 7 rounds of bidding. She is selling this plot of land for a difference of 600 million VND, for more than 9.7 billion VND.

Ha Dong District (Hanoi) organized an auction of 27 residential land plots in the following locations: Ha Khau copper area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (area B, Phu Luong ward); Sau Chua area (symbol X8, Yen Nghia ward); Duoc area (symbol X7, Duong Noi ward).

The plots of land to be auctioned range in area from 48.7m2 to 72.1m2, with starting prices ranging from 22.8-32.2 million VND/m2, and deposits ranging from 221.9 million to 436.3 million VND/plot. The purpose of land use is urban residential land, the form of use is the State allocating land with land use fees. The land use term is long-term.

Of these, 17 plots are in Ha Khau area, 1 plot is in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, 1 plot is in Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (area B), Phu Luong ward; 2 plots are in Sau Chua area (X8), Yen Nghia ward and 6 plots are in Duoc area (X7), Duong Noi ward.

Investors participating in the auction will conduct direct voting in multiple rounds according to the ascending price method. Land plots in Ha Khau area will be auctioned through at least 5 mandatory rounds, in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area through 11 rounds, in Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (area B) through 6 rounds, in Sau Chua area (X8) through 6 rounds and in Duoc area (X7) through 7 rounds.

The general price step applied to land plots and in auction rounds is 10 million VND/m2.
