Previously, many iPhone users complained that their devices encountered a series of different problems after updating to iOS 18. These problems appeared on both the iPhone 16 generation and older devices.
Most recently, the Photos app also encountered an error on iOS 18. Specifically, when users tried to save edits on a photo, the device displayed an error message: "An error occurred while saving this photo. Please try again later."
Users are unable to save edits and are forced to undo changes to exit the photo editing interface. Even users of the iOS 18.2 beta are not immune to the same issue.
Meanwhile, many users also said that after updating to iOS 18, the iPhone experienced freezing and hanging when using Apple's default keyboard to compose text, especially when texting via third-party applications such as Facebook Messenger or Zalo.
To fix the above problems, users need to immediately update to iOS 18.1.1, this version supports all devices that have been updated to iOS 18. Users just need to access Settings -> General Settings -> Software Update .
