In the context of the constantly fluctuating stock market, monitoring the activities of foreign investors at large commercial banks (Big Four) is always an important support for investors to have a more detailed view of the stock and market situation.
According to the latest information from the Vietnam Securities Depository, effective as of January 29, foreign investors are owning the following ratios at three banks in the Big4 group.
1. Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV, stock code BID): Foreign investors currently hold 17.3% of the maximum 30% ownership ratio.

Thus, the foreign holding ratio of BID code decreased by 0.02% compared to 17.32% of the previous trading week.
2. Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank, stock code: CTG): Foreign investors currently hold 27.34% out of the maximum 30% ownership ratio.

Thus, the foreign holding ratio of CTG code increased by 0.13% compared to 27.21% of the previous trading week.
3. Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank, stock code VCB): Foreign investors currently hold 23.58% out of the maximum 30% ownership ratio.

Thus, the foreign holding ratio of VCB code increased by 0.01% compared to 23.57% of the previous trading week.
At the end of last week's trading session on January 26, the stocks of the "Big Four" banks had different fluctuations. Specifically, BID shares increased by 1.14% and closed at VND48,950/share. CTG shares increased by 0.16% and closed at VND32,100/share. VCB shares increased by 1.1% and closed at VND92,000/share.
