On November 19, Hiep Hoa District Police, Bac Giang Province, said they were investigating and verifying a case showing signs of resisting a person on duty.
Previously, at around 7:40 p.m. on November 18, Hiep Hoa District Police deployed a peak inspection and handling of violations of "Vehicle drivers on the road violating regulations on alcohol and drug concentrations" at Km 63 + 500, Provincial Road 295, in Dong Lam village, Huong Lam commune, Hiep Hoa district.
While on duty, the task force discovered 4 motorbikes moving from Thang Town to Mai Dinh Commune.
The traffic police on duty signaled the vehicle to stop and guided the traffic participants to the control area reserved for motorbikes. At that time, the motorbike with license plate number 98D1-891.39 driven by Nguyen Bac Nam (born in 2006, residing in Cam Hoang village, Xuan Cam commune, Hiep Hoa district), carrying Nguyen Hoang Van (born in 2006, residing in Cam Trung village, Xuan Cam commune, Hiep Hoa district) was approaching at high speed.
Both were not wearing helmets, did not obey the task force's order to stop, drove into the opposite lane, and hit the traffic police officer on duty.
The crash caused Mr. NVL to fall to the street, breaking his left leg.
After the collision, the Working Group took soldier NVL and the two young men to the Hiep Hoa District Medical Center for emergency treatment.
Hiep Hoa district police determined that this was an act of contempt and defiance of the law and needed to be dealt with severely.
