Warning: God the Mother Church is back in action in many places

In many ways, the Church of God the Mother has taken root and grown rapidly in many localities throughout the country.

According to the Ministry of Public Security , recently the Church of God the Mother has resumed operations in some localities such as Vinh Phuc, Quang Nam, and Thanh Hoa.

The activities of this organization with many more sophisticated tricks and schemes, potentially pose many complex security and order issues, causing many consequences for participants and families of those whose relatives blindly believe in them.

The Church of God the Mother, whose official and full name is “ World Mission Society Church of God”, originated in Korea and was introduced to Vietnam in 2001. Through many methods, the Church of God the Mother has been nurtured and rapidly developed in many localities throughout the country.

Currently, this sect has not been recognized organizationally in Vietnam; its teachings are heretical, showing signs of superstition, exploiting teachings for personal gain, contrary to the traditional culture and customs of the Vietnamese people.

The followers of this church are usually between the ages of 18 and 50, mostly students and housewives. The leaders often choose targets who are facing difficulties, uncertainties in life, illness, or business losses to approach, entice and entice them to join.

Although they teach basic teachings from the Bible, they distort them with many extreme views such as only valuing themselves and disregarding relatives and family.

Many families with relatives participating in this organization have foolishly destroyed incense bowls and altars, not worshiping ancestors and grandparents; abandoned their husbands and children, neglected their work and studies, and used money to serve the organization, causing division and conflict within the family and clan...

To attract members, these subjects often hide under many forms such as: disguised charity and humanitarian centers, introducing mind-development courses, "get rich" seminars, online sales, trading in electrical equipment, household appliances, household products, etc.

The way the Church of God the Mother operates is similar to a multi-level model, divided into many small groups and separate activity points.

The subjects initially only approached to get acquainted, skillfully approached to learn about each person's family background, then encouraged and shared, and guided the necessary things in life. After that, these subjects would find ways to manipulate psychology, forcing participants to join with fear through deviant preaching about the noble mission of saving souls, about a comfortable and happy life when following the Church of God the Mother.

Even more dangerous, the Church of God the Mother also tries every way to attract members who are students studying at universities and colleges.

According to the Ministry of Public Security, with many illegal acts that negatively affect families and society, the activities of the Mother of God church groups, regardless of their form, must be condemned and strictly handled.

Therefore, people need to be extremely alert when receiving information from members of this church, to avoid being taken advantage of, causing many consequences for themselves, their families and society.
