- Including parking location/space and priority pick-up location at the domestic passenger terminal of Vinh International Airport.

- Information on parking and pick-up locations:

+ Parking location is planned in the South of the domestic terminal of Vinh International Airport;

+ Specific priority pick-up locations:

- Position 01: 01 priority passenger pick-up position and 34 waiting positions at the South of the domestic arrival terminal.

- Position 02: 01 priority passenger pick-up position and 34 waiting positions at the South of the domestic arrival terminal (after position 01).

2. Time of organization:

2.1. Issuance of invitation documents:

- Invitations to participate will continue to be issued from: 14:00 on August 14, 2023 to before 9:00 on August 21, 2023;

- Application fee: 500,000 VND (Five hundred thousand Dong)

2.2. Site survey: From 14:00 on August 14, 2023 to before 9:00 on August 21, 2023;

2.3. Application submission deadline: Before 10:00 a.m. on August 21, 2023;

2.4. Time to open application: 10:30 a.m. on August 21, 2023;

2.4. Announcement of results of dossier evaluation, notice of invitation to participate in auction: August 24, 2023;

3. Time and location of the auction:

3.1. Auction time: 9:00 a.m. on August 26, 2023.

3.2. Auction location: Vinh International Airport Hall, Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City, Nghe An Province;

4. Deadline and location for submitting application:

- Deadline for submitting applications: 10:00 a.m. on August 21, 2023;

- Method of submitting application documents: Application documents must be submitted to the Inviting Party in the following form: Directly sent or by post ensuring that the Inviting Party receives them before the application submission deadline.
