On this occasion, the Naval Region 5 Command organized working delegations to visit, encourage and present gifts to relatives of martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, families of policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious services to the revolution... in the stationed area with a total value of more than 40 million VND. The activities were carried out regularly and had a wide spread, partly easing the pain of war, helping families of policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services to the revolution to reduce difficulties and create conditions to rise up in life. This was also an opportunity for officers and soldiers of the unit, especially the younger generation, to better understand the heroic history of the nation, thereby determining their determination and responsibility in performing their assigned duties and tasks.
