(Dan Tri) - Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan just had a camping trip at Mui Ke Ga (Phan Thiet). This is a famous and attractive place for tourists when coming to Binh Thuan.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan (HCMC) is a travel blogger loved for his rustic, simple style. Recently, the 8X guy who loves traveling and exploring went on a camping trip, watching the stars at the tallest and oldest lighthouse in Vietnam. Ke Ga Cape is a small island located 500m from the mainland and 20km from the center of Phan Thiet City. The lighthouse on the island is the oldest lighthouse in Vietnam, built in 1900 by the French and all construction materials were transported from France.
Ke Ga Lighthouse is recognized by the Vietnam Book of Records Center as the tallest lighthouse in the country (65m) with 184 spiral staircases and a light range of 22 nautical miles. With this height, passing ships can see the signal emitted from the top of the lighthouse from a very far distance. The majesty of Ke Ga Lighthouse always attracts photographers as well as tourists who love to explore. "I feel that Mui Ke Ga is very safe, the sea view and cliffs are majestic, and the lighthouse guards are always happy and enthusiastic in supporting visitors," Mr. Tuan shared. "Getting to the lighthouse is very easy. It takes about 10 minutes by canoe. When the tide is out, you can walk on the natural path under the sea," Tuan added. Compared to other lighthouses, Ke Ga lighthouse has a typical European architecture, classic style and has colors that are in harmony with the surrounding landscape, similar to the color of the giant rocks on the island. The lighthouse is made of granite.
According to Mr. Tuan, in addition to the quiet space and cool air, visitors coming here should experience overnight camping to watch the stars, the moonlight or wait for the wonderful sunrise moment. However, visitors should pay attention to the weather forecast, avoid days of rough seas and heavy rain. When choosing a tent, you need to pay attention to choosing a waterproof tent, a sturdy tent frame, easy to fold for transportation. Photo: Nguyen Thanh Tuan
