Immediately after the Provincial Party Committee issued Resolution No. 31-NQ/TU (dated December 2, 2024) on the province's directions and tasks for 2025, the Party Executive Committee of Cam Pha City issued Resolution No. 50-NQ/TU (dated December 6, 2024) on the locality's directions and tasks for 2025 with the working theme of " Focusing on removing difficulties, unleashing resources; making a breakthrough in economic development, creating momentum for the new term".
Among the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee, the Cam Pha City Party Committee is one of the first units to develop an implementation plan and issue resolutions, deploy and concretize the resolution on the 2025 work theme of the Provincial Party Committee. This demonstrates the special attention of the locality in leading and directing the entire political system to resolutely engage in implementing tasks and solutions to maintain Party building and rectification work; streamline the organizational apparatus and promote socio-economic development in the area from the beginning, not to be passive or interrupted during the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday.
Following the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Cam Pha City Party Committee has determined that in 2025, it will persist in the guiding motto of "Determination, resoluteness, creativity, efficiency" and the working motto of "Clear people, clear work, substance, efficiency", and unify the theme of the year's work as "Focus on removing difficulties, unlocking resources; making a breakthrough in economic development, creating momentum for the new term". Currently, the Party branches and Party committees under the Cam Pha City Party Committee, based on the resolution, have developed action plans and programs in accordance with the functions, tasks and practices of their agencies, units and localities; and organized implementation in conjunction with the responsibility of the head.
In order to promptly overcome shortcomings and limitations in 2024 and achieve measurable results with specific products in 2025, in mid-December 2024, Cam Pha City People's Committee focused on directing and organizing the implementation of many solutions, assigning specific tasks to specialized departments and People's Committees of communes and wards in the area, taking responsibility before the City People's Committee for the implementation results, periodically reporting clearly on monthly and quarterly results. The City People's Committee also developed economic growth scenarios for each month and quarter in conjunction with the identified annual work goals and themes, determined to strive to achieve a double-digit economic growth rate for the whole year of 2025.
